The hole dug for the house was deeper than what will be internal and external finished floor level.
The garage roof also has a large chunk that will have topsoil and then grass.
Ahead of that, now that there’s a loo in the house, the site chemical loo has been taken away:
First a chunk of top soil went on the garage roof and other areas that are going to be slate paving were filled in.
A wall was built around the base of the house, covering the foundations etc, so that when the land was built up to finished floor level for the ground floor, it wouldn’t “flow” under the building.

In the back of the above 2 photos you can see the stairs up from the front door that were pre-cast blocks of concrete across a “ladder” of steps made up from blocks on the side of the retainign wall and the wall of Ramoth:

Once as above (retaining walls and re-built wall against Ramoth, where their builders hadn’t put in a proper wall), and now steps for the stairs to go on:

In the courtyard, the ground source heat pump pipes needed to be connected up to their manifold:

Before more material fills up the site:
and a bit more to the front:
All a long way from a site that was (2013-10-23) most of the retaining wall and pad foundations:
